Judge Hardy for Sheriff Connell
asking a mandamus to compel

i neared for Lee Loftin the dem-
ocratic nominee asking that
: writ of mandanus be issued to
j cause said beard to issue certih-i
cate of election to Mr Loftin
Judge Hardy granted an alter-
native writ and the two cases
will be tried next Friday or Sat-
urday Stripped of legal verbiage !

whether there is to be a recount
of ballots under the supervision
