Twentieth Century Club
One of the loveliest and one of
the first Xmas parties was given
Wednesday afternoon by Mrs C
W Hutchins for the Twentieth
Century Club and a number of
invited guests
The house was beautiful with
its gala array of Christmas dec-
orations Poinsettias small
Christmas trees and all sorts of
greenery were profusely used for
decorations In the dining room
an exquisitely perfect Christmas
tree delighted everyone
A very short business meeting
was called to order byMrs
Slover after which the members'
joined the guests for "42” (
After a very delightful 'after-
noon a delicious salad and sweet
course was served by Mrs Hutch-
ins assisted by Mrs Howell and
Mrs Chisolm The table decora-
tions of tiny Christinas trees were
given as table prizes to the fol-
lowing ladies: Mrs Emmerson
