McClaiqCounty Bar Endorses
Hon F B Swank
We the undersigned members
of the McClain County Bar here-
by endorse the candidacy of Hon
F B Swank for Judgq of the
Fourteenth Judicial District In
giving this endorsement we de-
sire that the same shall express
our confidence in his ability hon-
esty and integrity in the admin-
istration of the high office which
he has so credibly filled for the
past four years
We further believe that Judge
Swank should have no opposition
for a second term and so far as
our knowledge of the situation is
concerned we know of no reason
why Judge Swank should not be
unanimously elected to a second
term that under the circumstan-
ces now existing in this country
we feel there should be no con-
test for political preferment ex-
cept where there is a public de-
mand for a change in adminis-
tration We feel perfectly confi-
dent that our endorsement ex-
presses not only the sentiment of
the members of the Bar but
practically the unanimous senti-
ment of the entire- people of the
coupty
