Description

  • Content Description: Photograph used for a story in the Daily Oklahoman newspaper. Caption: "First Flow Into Lake Overholser is watched by fishermen and city water department officials. Monday's flow is regarded as a sign of better times to come. Here the water flows into the City lake for the first time in several months as fishermen hopefully dangle catfish bait. Unless more rains fall, city officials estimate this intial flow will add only about two days supply to the lake's storage."
