J. L, L
Oklahoma City, Okla., Oct 1.—De-
claring that J. Luther Langston ha«l
not been given a fair trial In the re-
cent meeting of the executive boar:!
of the State Federation of Labor, an i
that he was unjustly removed from of-
fice, the members of the Oklahoma
City Typographical Union today
adopted strong resolutions, endorsing
him, and condemning the action of
the board. This union is one of tho
largest and most influential in the
state, and in the set of resolutions
adopted at a special meeting here this
afternoon, they go on record against
the alleged "jobber y of Langston."
After reciting the alleged causes for
which Langston was declared depos-
ed by President Bo*verraan and thrf
members of the board, at the sugges-
tion of "Little Pete" Henrety, the
resolutions state that four members
of the board sat In judgment over
Langston, two of whom were person-
ally interested in seeing him remov-
ed. The charges against the secretary
are alleged to be frivolous and un-
substantiated by evidence.
