NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received
by Ihe City of Sapulpa at the office
1 of the City Clerk up to 10 o'clock
a. m. on the Kith day of June, 1919
i ror the construction of an asphaltic
I concrete pavement thirty (30) feet
in width from face of curb to face
of curb, including an elzhteen-inch
concrete gutter on either side of the
portions of the following described
streets, to-wlt: •
Watchorn street from the south
line of Lincoln avenue to the south
line of Falrview avenue; Falrvlew
avenue from the west line of Watce-
orn street to the east line of Adat..s
street; Adams street from the south
line of Falrvlew avenue to the north
line of McKinley avenue: McKinley
avenue from the west line of Adams
street to the east line of Division
street, and to do the necessary grad-
ing and draining. Bald improvements
shall include such man holes, catch
basins and drainage pipes as shall
be necessary for the proper drain-
age of auch highways, same being
Street Improvement District No. 38,
in the City of Sapulpa, Creek County,
Oklahoma.
The necessary plats, plana, profiles,
estimates and specifications are on
file and may be seen at the office
of City Clerk of the City of Sapulpa
Construction and maintenance
bonds must be furnished by the suc-
cessful bidder. A certified check In
the sum of five per centum of each
hid must be filed by the contractor,
conditioned upon the carrying into
effect of said proposal.
All said proposals received will be
opened publicly at 10:30 o’clock a.
m., on Monday June 16th. 1919, by
Ihe board of commissioners in the
office of the Mayor of the City of Sa-
pulpa. The Beard of Commissioners
reserve the right to reject any and
all bids.
