troyed the City Drug store at Dela-
ware, Attorney E. H. Cullison, Farley
French, Ben French and “Buster”
Holland, all of Delaware, have been
placed under arrest charged with ar-
son in the second degree. At the time
of the fire it was thought that the
blaze was of incendinary origin and
the sheriff was asked to send blood-
hounds to the scene of the fire.
It was not known that any investi-
gation was being made and the ar-
rest of the four men came as a
great surprise. AH of the men are
prominent in their home town. At-
torney E. H. Cuilison was a candi-
date for the Republican nomination
for county attorney last fall, but was
defeated in the primaries. In the
