County and State aforesaid.
C. W. Adrean, plaintiff, vs. W. J. Kin-
ney and Henry Greve, co-partners doing
business as Kinney and Greve, defend-

take notice that they have been sued in the
above named court, upon account for labor
performed by plaintiff for defendants;
and at the date of filing said suit, to-wit:
the 14th day of August, 1913, an order
in attachment issued out of said Court
directed to W. S. Hooker, a constable of
Tulsa County, Oklahoma, directing him
to levy upon the personal property of
said defendants to said plaintiff’s claim
in the sum of One Hundred Forty-five
Dollars, with interest thereon at 6 per
cent from the 30th day of April, 1913 and
for costs; and that pursuant to said or-
der, said constable did levy, upon said
goods, wares and merhcandise, the per-
sonal property of said defendants which
property is sought to be subjected by
plaintiff to the payment of said claim,
and that said cause has been set for
hearing on the 20th day of September,

Notice le hereby given that in pursu-
ance of a writ of execution Issued out of
the Clerk's office of the District Court in
and for Tulsa county, State of Oklahoma,
on the 26th day of July, 19lJ, in an action
then pending in said court wherein the
First National Bank of Tulsa was plain-
tiff, and George W. Adams was defend-
ant, commanding me to levy upon prop-
erty belonging to said defendant George
W. Adams, sufficient to satisfy the Judg-
ment rendered in said action in favor of
the said First National Bank of Tulsa,
Oklahoma, for the sum of 34,859.94. to-
gether with $50.00 costs, with interest on
said Judgment from the date thereof, to-
wlt, the 20th day of December, 1910, at
the rate of 10 per cent per annum;
I have levied upon certain lands and
tenements belonging to the said George
W. Adams, not exempt from sale under
execution, for want of goods and chattels
of the said George W. Adams, to-wit the
following described lands:

for cash to the highest bidder said lands
and tenements, or so much thereof as will
satisfy said Julgment and costs on the
8th day of September, 1913, at the hour
of two o’clock T>. m. of said day at the
front door of the Court House in the City
of Tulsa, in said County and State.
