By virtue of an order of sale to me di-
rected and delivered, Issued out of the
District Court of Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma, in an action In said court
wherein The Cleveland Trinidad Paving
Company, a corporation, is plaintiff and
A. P. Ledbetter, Is defendant, I, will, on
the 23rd day of September, 1913, between
the hours of 10 o’clock, a. m., and 4
o'clock p. m. to-wit: at 2 oclock p. m.,
of said day, at west front door of the
County Court House In Tulsa in the coun-
ty and state aforesaid offer at public
sale and sell to the highest bidder, for
cash In hand, all the right, title and in-
terest, of the above named defendant In
and to the following described property,
to-wiC:
The West % of lots 9, 10 and 11 In
Block 28 of the Owen Addition to the City
of Tulsa, In the County of Tulsa, State
of Oklahoma
Said property levied on and sold as the
property of the above named defendant,
A. P. Ledbetter, and taken on an order
of sale in favor of The Cleveland Trin-
idad Paving Co.

NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice Is hereby given In pursuance of
an order of sale issued out of the Su-
perior Court of Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma, on the 19th day of August,
1913, in an action wherein the Farmers
and Merchants State Bank, of Bixby,
Oklahoma, is plaintiff, and Aaron Haga-
man, Jemima Hagaman and J. M. Win-
ters are defendants, delivered to me, the
undersigned. Sheriff of Tulsa County,
Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon,
advertise and sell, without appraisement,
the following described lands and tene-
ments situate in Tulsa County, Oklahoma,
to-wit: SE hi of NE %, Section 10.
Township 16 North, Range 13 Blast,
to satisfy a judgment and decree of fore1-
closure in favor of said plaintiff and
against said defendants Aaron Hagaman
and Jemima Hagaman, obtained and made
in said court in said cause on the 26th
day of March, 1912, in the sum of $500.00,
and interest thereon at the rate of 10 per
cent per annum, from the said 26th day
of March, 1912, and costs and attorney’s
fee in the sum of $-, and accruing
costs.
Now, therefore, I will on the 25th day
of September, 1913, at the hour of ten
o’clock a. m. of said day, at the front door
of the Court House, in the City of Tulsa,
in said Tulsa County, Oklahoma, offer for
sale and sell to the highest bidder for
cash in hand, the said real estate above
described, or so much thereof as will sat-
isfy said judgment, with interest and
costs.
Witness my hand this 19th day of Au-
gust, 1913.
