lished at Noble last fall, has suspended. Noble pap-
ers have contracted the habit of burning or suspend-
ing. Wonder why?

A much enjoyed party was held

Thursday night. Prof. Day's Sun-
' day school class of young men en-
tertained two classes of young lad-
ies of the same Sunday school—the
M. E. church, South. There was
| a big attendance and the young
men proved themselves splendid
| entertainers. The house decora-
j tion and refreshments were sug-
1 gestions of the in-coming spring.
Miss (iladys Clardy was hostess
J to the Who Zeta girls Friday even-
! iug. The house was decorated
! with potted plants and the S. R.
I colors pink and green. The color
' scheme was carried out in all the
appointments of the luncheon. The
evening was very informally spent.
| Special guests were Miss Helen
Blanchard and little Miss Calhoun,
j of Purcell and Miss Lena Saddler
!of Norman.
The Needle and Thimble club
met Thursday at the pleasant home
of its President, Mrs. E. W. Wil-
cox, at 40.1 West Main. Mrs. W.
M. Newell assisted in receiving.
