Notice is hereby given that sealed

fice of the City Cleric of the City of
Shawnee, State of Oklahoma, in wklch

wide in the center of the said street.

west line of I'ark Street twenty eight
foet *ide in the center thereof
Third. Douglas Street froni the
lorth side of Highland Street to the
wuUi line of Ridgewood Street twenty-

Fourth. California Avenue from
the east side of Bell Street to the east

Ninth. Highland Avenue from the
west side of Union Street to the east
line of Broad way i*reet, thirty feet
wide in the center thereof.
Tenth, North Bell Street from the
north side of Highland «venue to the
south side of California Avenue, twen-
ty-six feet wide In the center thereof.
Eleventh, North Bell Street from
the north side of Ninth Street to the
south line of Woodland Park, sixty
feet wide, except twenty-feet in the

The person, firm or corporation to
whom the contract for paving the
streets hereinbefore described is
awarded will be required to
\ecute a good and sufficient
bond in the sum of thirty thou-
sand dollars conditioned for the faith
ful and full execution of the work,
and the performance of the contract,
and for the protection of the City of
shawnee and all proper4, owners .
terested against any loss or damage
by reason of the negligence or Im-
proper execution of the said work,
and such person, firm or corporation
to whom is awarded the contract to
pave said street, or parts thereof, as
above described, will also be required
to execute to the City of Shawnee, a
good a:td sufficient bond In the sum
of thirty thousand dollars to be ap-
proved by the mayor and council con-
ditioned th t such person, firm or cor-
poration will maintain and keep the
same In good condition for a perlol
of five years from the date of the com
pletion of the said paving.

the publication of this resolution file
with the City Clerk of said City their
protest against such Improvements
