The car in which the fish are trans

were present and tho occasion was
hugely enjoyed by all Delightful

Looto clothes and downy cushions
bring only a negative sort of comfort
to the woman who Is suffering with
some disease or derangement of tho
organs distinctly feminine. Some
clothes aud some positions mako tho
pain and tho discomfort seem less.
Perhaps tho nerves aro most affected
and ttila In turn disturbs tho digestion.
Nothing will ever completely relieve
but a iitdical cure. The start of so-
called "female complaints" may bo a
very flight thing indeed. It may be
that in the beginning BOtnc small
hygienic measures would stop tho
trouble. Certainly at this time a Ut-
ile bit of tho right medicine would
ston it. Wlion tho trouble becomes
worse it is harder to cure but still it
can be cured. Dr. Plerco's Favorlto
Prescription will positively cure any
troablc ot this character. It may bo
absolutely relied upon. It aiTords
lasting relief to a woman whoso nat-
ural modesty has kept her from con-
sulting a physician.

F.t He no
We the undersigned committee on
resolutions of the Democratic conven-
tion of Oklahoma territory beg leave
to submit tho following:
First That wo unqualifiedly ap-
prove tho plotform adopted by tho
national Democratic party In Chicago
on tho 9th day of July 1800. and
heartily lndorso .he nominees of said
national Democratic convention.
Second That wo unsparingly con-
demn tho platform adopted by tho
national Republican party In tho oity
ot St. Louis as bolutr n declaration of
principles In favor of the classes and
against the masses of the people of
this groat republic ns being in the
interest of tho powerful and wealthy
at tho expense ot all the producing
millions of our people and aa being
un-American unpatriotic and un-
worthy of support of any oltUen who
earns his living other than by scalp-
ing coupons or charging usurious in-
terest. Third We favor the enactment of
n law by our next territorial legisla-
ture prohibiting tho giving of rail-
road passes to any legislative judicial
or exeoutlvo ofllcor of this territory
and condomn tho practice of giving or
accepting such poises by or from rail-
roads or other corporation)! as being a
menaco to tho gfantn.il welfare of the
people of this territory; that we also
favor tho enactment of a law by
our next territorial leglslaturo requir-
ing railroads and other corporations to
pay all damages caused to persons or
proporty by reason of the negllgeuco
of such corporations or any of their
agents sorvants or employoi
Fourth That we favor statehood
at the earliest possible moment but
we aro opposed to the formation of a
stato from the territory of Oklahoma
as now bounded believing tho creation
ot tho stuto under the present terri-
torial lines would be a menace to the
prosperity of the people nnd In the
futuro doom them to the burdens of
cxccsslvo taxation. We aro thorelore
opposed to tho policy of tho Republican
party in tho territory which
in proposes
tho Flynn
and urges tho passage of
statehood bill a measure most
significantly marked with political dc
signs as well as capital booming
schemes Wo look upon such bill a6
the vicious outgrowth ot tho most
partisan spirit calculated If adopted
to placo the peoplo or the territory at
the political morcy of a coterie of Re-
publican politicians who aro attempt-
ing to fasten themselves Irrevocably
upon the peoplo. Aud wo believe tho
Btato when formed should includo
with the territory of Oklahoma 1tho
cntlro Indian territory.
Fifth We favor the appropriation
of all government lands In tho
territory of Oklahoma to the estab-
lishment of homes to American citi
zens free of any cost except land
ofllco fees. Ry tho term of govern-
ment lands we mean all lands in the
territory for which patents have not
been Issuod.
Sixth That wo favor long leases ot
tho school lands ot this territory and
that laws bo passed or rules be made
to find tho value of each tract ot land
and that uniform prices bo fixed as
near as may bo done; that persons
leasing school lands havo tho profcr
enco over all others when thoy comply
with the rules and regulations govern-
ing the leasing of said school lands;
that for all improvements made by
lessees of said school land they shall
be entitled to reasonablo pay for tho
same or the right to move said im-
provements from tho land where thoy
fail to release under such rules and
regulations as may bo fair to tho school
funds aud tho parties leasing.
Seventh That we are opposed to the
appointment ot army ofilccrs as Indtan
agent and favor tho appolntmont ot
all Indian agents and their subordi-
nates from citizens of Oklahoma terri-
tory. Wo also favor repoaling tho law
prohibiting half breeds of mixed Indian
blood from equal rights of trading and
other privileges of the full blood In-
dians; and that wo favor the Immedi-
ate opening to bona fide settlors all
unoccupied Indian lands to free homo-
Btead settlomont whero treaty botween
the Indian and the United States has
been made.
Eighth -That we condemn the last
Republican leglslaturo for Us numer-
ous acts ot vicious legislation among
which was the ropoal of the usury law
thus allowing ratesof Interest amount-
ing to legal robbery; also tho Fcgan
bill by which tho salaried of county
ofllcors are nearly doubled while wit-
nesses arc compelled to attend upon
the court without compensation unless
they will humiliate themselves by sub-
scribing to a pauper's affidavit.
Ninth That wo favor a fair revision
of tho laws regulating teas and salaries
to tho ond that public expenditures bo
reduced and at tho samo timo allow a
fair compensation for all necoesary
public service.
Tenth- That wo condemn tho untl-
fuslon law prohibiting fusion by
which tho name of a candldato Is not
pcrmittod upon more than one ticket
as boing a partisan moasuro of the
Republican party.
Elevonth -Wo favor tho enactment of
a general law prohibiting the education
of whlto and nogro children In the
Bamo schools but wo favor oqual sepa-
rate oducatlonal facilities for tho chil-
dren of both races.
Twolfth Resolved That tho Demo-
cratic party of Oklahoma in con-
vention assembled favor a coali-
tion of the Democratic and Popu-
list parties ot Oklahoma on a candid-
ate for delegate to congress and on a
platform consistent with the declara-
tions of the national Democratic plat-
form adoptod at Chicago July 7 1800
nnd that we favor a uniou ot the
