signed by not less than five hundred
bona fide residents of tho territory en-
titled to vote at the election who must
also state their place of rusidenco and

By vlrtuo of the authority vested in
the governor by the statutes of Okla-
homa territory the undersigned will
causo to bo paid a reward of two hun-
dred and fifty dollars to ono who shall
secure the arrest and conviction of the
assassin of James F. Manning who
was brutally shot down in his own
door yard in Logan county Oklaho-
ma by an unseen assassin on the night
of August tho 17th 1800.
