morning and was buriud last evening
at Summit Vlow cemetery funural
sorvicos being conducted at tliu Catho-

Tho deceased was arrested last sum-
mer in Texas having in his possession
tho loam and wagon and otliur prop-
erty of John Willis whose body had
some time before been found in tho
Deep Kork river in the Kickupoo ros-
uivation. He vtus charged witli the
murder of Willis on the 5th day of
May at which time the two were last
seen together and though the ovl
donee against him was wholly circum
stunliul he was toovkud of murder
in the fl st degree mid sentenced to ho

set for the execution Judge Scott

gone where all will be judged alike
