tho Chicago platform of 18l2.
2 Wo believe that all lands In the
Cherokee strip and other additions to

settlors and that the Republican laws
demanding pay therefor Bhould bo re-
pealed. 3. We heartily approvo the Wilson
bill as passed by tho national houso of
representatives as the best expression
of tarilT refoim that can be secured at
the present time nnd we heartily en-
dorse Uio honest and patriotic position
of lirover Cleveland in endeavoring to
secure its passage.
4. We favor the free and unlimited
coinage nf American silver ut the ratio
of 10 to 1.
5. Wo favor tho Income tnx law
now sought to bo enacted by tho Dem-
ocrats of congress and believe that
tho income of the 'Icli should bo taxed
rather than the necessities of the

0. We sympathize with the labor
organizations of tho country in ull
their just demands when made in a
peaceable and lawful manner.
? Wo believo that tho members of
tho United States senate should bo se-

and that their term of ollLe bhould
not exceed four years.
8. Wo heartily endorse our present
Democratic National and Territorial
administrations and challenge a com-
parison of tho sumo willi their Repub-
lican predecessors.
0. We favor the immediate opening
to settlement nnd entry of the Klcka-
poo. Kiowa Comanche nud Wichita
Indian reservations.
10. Wo favor the modification of tho
rules of practice In tho land depart-
ment so that contest cases may be
heard upon the land in controversy
and tho cost of hearing the same muy
bo reduced. That the registers and
receivers of the various land olllces bo
provided with additional help to tho
end that contests may bo more
speedily and economically heard and
determined.
11 Wo demand such legislation as
will require all railway companies to
afford proper transportation facilities
In all county scat towns through
which they pass in this territory.
12. Wo'respectfully recommend and
request that our national administra-
