( You should be alert and take advantage of it. It doesn't come every day. You have an op-
pori iiity to buy the best property for investment this week that you will ever haveor have
ever had.
(J INDUSTRIAL ADDITION is the best located addition that has been placed on the market and
there will be no more such opportunities. Some men make money fast others accumulate it
slowly but surely while others stand by and look on and seem to be asleep until the plum has been
plucked then they make a noise like sorrow wailing and gnashing of teeth. It's too late brother
better get your teeth to rattling sooner.
We have been delayed in getting a form for the publishers so that we could show you a plat
of this fine piece of property in print but we will be glad to show you the property that's better.
(J Remember that this addition will fill up this year. It will all be sold THIS WEEK. If you Mr.
or Mrs. Reader want to place a few dollars where many dollars will come back to you place
it there; we have made prices on these lots that are lower than are being asked for lots around
and farther away from the business center.
fj The Frisco Trackage consists of 1000 feet the Rock Island Trackage 1500 feet the Chickasha
Terminal Company Trackage consists of more than 3000 feet; that alone would assure any
conservative thinker that the location is the very best that the ultimate could be nothing but success.
1
These lots will be selling for two hundred percent prrit before 1911. Now we are not dealing
in stereotype quotations these are facts that bear the evidence when you look at the property.
These lots will be sold at our office at 224 Chickasha Avenue on Thursday; Friday and Satur-
day the 20th 21st and 22nd. Don't forget the date. Don't think that there is no hurry for
the first to comwill be first to get their choice. Our office will be open at 8:00 o'clock a. m. and
close at 6:00 o'clock p. m. each day.
("Till: TERMS ARE LIRERAL AND TITLE PERFECT ABSTRACT WITH EVERY SALE.
jj TERMS: One-third cash one-third in six months the balance in twelve months; eight percent
interest will be charged on deferred payment; no discount for cash. We want every buyer to
have the same treatment. We have no preference to offer or favor to play.

Foxy Pittsburg Man Devised Scheme

The wise man of Pittsburg lives In

to read a book in peuce. One night
when he arrived home he was in-

they were to have company that uight.
The wise man's face fell as he con-
templated the new volume under bis

were they? O some women friends.
"I'll beat the Kaine" said Mr. Wise
Man to himself. Immediately after
the evening meal he dashedout to
JBSt Liberty bought one of those cut-
up picture puzzles with 2."0 pieces in
It dashed back again and when the
company arrived and had been com-
fortably seated he interrupted the
chatter to spring the puzzle ou the
unsuspecting women. They fell Into
the trap. The only table big enough
for the game was the large dining
table. This wan cleared and all gath-
ered about to patch the big picture to-
gether. When they were well absorbed Mr.
Wise Man took his book off in a cor-
ner in a comfortable rocker and read
until aroused after midnight only by
the departure of the company. The
picture lay on the dining table about
uiie-quarter complete. The guests
were invited to come again.
The next morning breakfast was
served In the kitchen on a small table
because mother and daughters re-
fused to disturb the puzzle until they
had completed it. For a week the
puzule occupied the dining table and
mother and the girls would work at it
in odd moments while Mr. Wise Man
read his books. Pittsburg Gazette-Times.
