Mrs. Hannah returned Sunday to
settle up her business. She will then
return to Texas where she will
make her home with her daugn-
ter. Mr. and Mrs" Shnler gave a din

There was a Christmas pyramid
in the place of a Christmas tree and
while all admit there is nothing
nicer than a tree the pyramid

program and it was well rendered.

Whereas On the nth day of
December 1905. The city Council
of the City of Chickasha I' T.
passed and provtd an ordinance
calling lor a special election to be
held in the city of Chickasna 011
the 16 day of Jan. 19:6 for the
purpose of de-terming whether the
the city council' of the city of
Chickasha shall cause to be issued
bonds in the sum of sixty thous-
and dollars; the same to bear in-
terest at the rate of 5 per cent per
annum payaUVsemi annually to
mature twenty years from the date
of insurauce of same. The said
bonds to be used by the city of
Chickasha for thr purpose of con-
struction of extensions to the
present Water and Sewer System
owned controlled and operated by
said city of Chickasha. and "
Whereas by the terms of said or
dinance the Mayor of the said city
of Chickasha is required to give at
least 30 days public notices of the
time and place of holding snch
election.
Now therefore' I John H. Ven-
able Mayor of the city ot Chiek-
asha Southern District of the In-
dian Territory hereby prrclaim
and give notice that a special elec-
tion will be held in said city of
Chickasha on the 16th day ol Jan.
1906 for the purpose of detcrmin.

and Sewers extension bonds.
Every person voting shall be qual
ified elector within the city of
Chickasha and shall be the owner
of real or personal property in the
city of Chickasha subject to tax
ation.
