Sturm's Guaranty Article.
In the May number of Sturm's Mag-
azine is a very comprehensive article
by Frederick 3 Barde on the working
of the Oklahoma Bank Guaranty Lw.
it it direct pertinent and should be
carefully read by all Oklahoma. It
matters not whether you are for or
against the taw thit article is worth
your time and attention and contains
information of value.
In addition to the intiJe worVIngt of
the law the results accomplished and
the prospeets for the future; extracts
from Bryan Taft. Haskell. Williams
and the committee that was sent here
from Wisconsin are given.
The article is frank fair but a bit
feverish.
Cross Roads.
(Crowded out lait week)
P.ev Williams is holding a protract-
eJ meeting at the Croat Koads school
house this week. Quite an interest is
manifetted but the invitations that he
has extended to all who call them-
selves Christians to corne and aid in
the good work has not been heeded by
the other "clique " It looks like self-
ishness instead of a Christian spirit
in people staying away from meeting
because it isn't their preacher preach-
ing. What will they do in Heaven?
Will a little coiner have to be reserved
for them? Will they want to hold
themselves apart from all of God's
people there as thy do here? Such a
spirit is to be condemned initeacf of
commended.
Well we are glad to see the rain If
