said Court wherein Olaudo T. Smith is
plaintifl and Theodoro Freeman is de-
fendant. I will as receiver on tho 10th
day of February 1011 at tho hour of
Pleasant Evening.
The young people enjoyed a pleasant
evening at tho homo of Mr. and Mrs
A. G. Thomas Friday evening of last
week. Tho gathering was n farewell
to Messrs Leander and Deo Nlles who
left the first of the week for Coloiado
where they will work tint summer.

Tuesday morning F. M. Smith fa-
miliarly known ns Arkansas Smith
was found dead in a field adjoining
his farm-house by parties in search of
him. Mr. rimith was not seen alive
later than the day before and seemed
in apparent good health. His daugh-
ter Mrs. Bell who lives with him
wont to soma neighbors Monday morn-
ing and he was to come the next day
for breakfast to tho same place but hi
absence at the nopolntc' time caused
uneasiness ninonc his relatives and
neighbors and tho searching parties
sent out by them found the absent
man in the middle of the field about n
quarter of a mile from his house. He
was lying on his faco when found
nnd from an examinatlrn made
by Dr. Newlon it was found that
he evidently died in convulsions. A
coroners jury summoned at tho in-
stance of Ligo Ogilvie Justice of the
Peace came to the conclusion that the
man died from causes unknown and

stances connected with his death. IIo

Mrs. Hunt of Blair Oklahoma. Ills
daughter at Blair was notified. He
