Suicide Neur Riverside!
News reached h.ro over the 'phone
Saturday of the suicide of a Mr. WiK
liatns who resided with his wife anuj
child on his farm near Riverside.
The unfortunate victim was not in
tiie best of circumstances financially
and this together with ill health t
deemed tho cause for tic rash act
His neighbors had noted his queer
actions for some time and knew that
m mind was slightly unbalanced. Mii-
coudition grew worse Saturday whei
he took carbolic quid in an attempt U
end hia'Jife Dr' Sands of Zelma Wa

Disturb Religious Worship .
Complaint was' filed In the Justice
Court before Judge Meese this week
by John Stage .against II. M. Drake
Walter.Stout und AJi. Stout a"ll of
Dombey charging With "disturbing
an absemblage of people met for relig-
ious worship by making unnecessary
noise within the school house in Dis-
trict 82 where said religious' 'meeting
was being held."
The case is being tried before Judge
Meege this week. It seems that the
trouble aroso over what' denomination
should have yse of the school house for
religious tfeWIces Yin this particular
Sunday. At fh tinio of going to press
a decision had' not been reuched in the
ciwe.
