he’d skip out to Canada first.
McDonel, a three-year
starter at defensive tackle for
the Bulldogs, entered his first
workout about 25 pounds
lighter than he would have
been had he not undergone Na-
tional Guard training, and he
looked in super shape.
But a teammate seemed
relieved when McDonel said
during the practice session
