Swan, President of the Soil Conservation Association discusses matters with (left to right, front row, seated:) Mr. S.W. Bates, Seminole County; W.R. Sutherland, Superintendent, Konawa CCC Camp; I.R. Gilmore, Pontotoc County; and Raymond Walker, Pottawatomie County. Behind them are other SCS technicians and interested memebers of the Association. OK-6964.
