"We want to call it as soon as possible, probably within 30 days after that date," he said. 620 Favor Merger With 620 residents on record in favor of merging Midway Village with Del City, lying along Sunnylane between E Reno and SE 15...In an advance letter to the public, board members had outlined a $490,000 bond program and recommended creation of full municipal services......Tiller ssaid a third group wants to "stay just as we are." Midway Village now has septic tanks and a privately-owned water supply. the board feels inaction is not feasible, he said."
