The judges decided to file order after the U.S. Supreme Court refused Saturday to postpone a 10th Circuit Court judicial council order stripping Chandler of his cases.......There was some question whether Chandler would attend the meeting although the judge's office said he was to come in around 2 p.m. (photo tag: Courtroom of Judge Stephen Chandler was empty Monday as other U.S. judges prepared for meeting.)"
