PENAL INSTITUTIONS RELEAS-
ED TERMS EXPIRING.
The monthly list of citizenship par-
dons was issued Saturday by Gover-
nor Cruce to convicts whose terms
are about to expire and who are rec-
ommended for pardons by the war-
dens of Oklahoma's penal institutions.
Altogether thirty-seven cases were
acted uion.
The list recommended for citizen-
ship pardons by Warden It. W. Dick
of the penitentiary includes: Tom
Smith. Pawnee county burglary
three years; John W. Tanner Se-
quoyah liquor to minors one and one-
half yeans; Lambert A. Moore Okla-
homa grand larceny six months;
Irena Brown Pottawatomie grand
larceny six months; John Hildebrand
Delaware burglary two years; Tom
lliillips I'ittshnrg assault to kill
two years; John Alberger Pittsburg
grand larceny eight months; Lyman
Medford McClain enticing female un-
der fourteen one year and one day;
Kd Dyer. Carter larceny one year.
These were recommended for par-
dons without citizenship: Irene

Jack McXfillen Custer grand larceny
one year: Jos. J. Yates Rogers bur-
