Commissioner's Proceedings.
June 9, 1905.
The board of county commissioners met at 9 o'clock this day pursuant to ad.
journment, Weaver, Hall and Dyche present.
The board having completed the general average of the assessment of the
various townships of the county.
Moved by Dyche and seconded by Hall that the basis for equalizing the farm
lands of the various townships be fixed at $325 per quarter section of land;
motion carried.
On motion by Dyche and seconded by Hall, the real estate of the city of
Lawton was lowered 10 per cent, all members voting in the affirmative.
Moved by Weaver and seconded by Hall that the board reconsider the mo-
tion relative to fixing the average value of farming lands at 8325 per quarter
secticjn of land. Roll call on the above motion showed the following vote:
Weaver yes, Hall no, Dyche no; motion lost.
On motion the board adjourned to meet at 2 o'clock p m this day.
The board of county commissioners met at 2 o'clock p m this day pursuant

After a careful consideration of the
bids for bridges No. 120-121-122-123-124
the contracts were awarded to the fol-
lowing companies to-wit, the same be-
ing the lowest and best bidders :

Hall that the contract for bridge No.
120 be awarded to the Midland Bridge
company for 8699.
Roll call on this motion showed the
following vote : Weaver yes, Hall yes,
Dyche yes; carried.

Canton Bridge company for *851.
Roll call in the above motion showed
