these contractors. Williams and Brock,
for $80 for such work. Williams and
Brock are making separate defense,
claiming they are not partners and
Williams holds that the material (win-
dow and door sills) was not made as
per contract. The case is yet unfin-
ished.
All persons who have deeds or mort-
gugefc in the register of deeds office are
requested to call and get them.

water supplies people will be allowed
the privilege of using water from the
hydrants to sprinkle their lawns for
the specified period of time this even-
ing 111 case the water gets low again
it will be shut off for a time but it is
thought that water can bo furnished
occasionally so those who linve been
using the water for lawn purposes can
keep them in a nice condition.
