of Auifust. A. D. 1899, J. S. Newby tiled in
the probate court of the county of Lincoln
und territory of Oklahoma, a petition praying
tor letters of administration to be issued to
him upon the estate of David Johnson,
deceased, late of the county of Lincoln and
territory of Oklahoma,
And pursuant to an order of said probate
court. Tuesday, the 'Ji'th day of AuKust, A. D.
1899, at the hour of to o'clock a. m. of said
day, that being a day of the regular July
term, A. D. 1899, of said probate court, has
been appointed as the time for hearing said
application, when and where any person In-
terested may contest said petition by tiling
written opposition thereto ou the ground of
incompetency of the applicant, or may assert
his own rights to the administration and pray
that letters be issued to himself.
