suance or an order of the County
Court or the County of Oklahoma and
State or Oklahoma, made on the 28th
day or August, 1916, in the matter of
the estate of Stephen Hartnett, Charles
Hartnett and Loretta Hartnett, minors,
the undersigned,, as the Guardian of
said minors, will sell at public ven-
due to the highest bidder for cash,
subject to confirmation by said County
Court, on Monday the eighteenth day
of September, 1916 at 2 o’clock P. M.

House, in said County of Oklahoma,
all the right, title interest and estate of
the said Stephen Hartnett, Charles
Hartnett and Loretta Hartnett, minors,
and all the right, title and interest
that the said estate has by operation
of law, or otherwise acquired in and
