President Wilson Re-Elected
Tuesday; Secures 272
Electoral Votes
the
Oklahoma Does Her Part by
President, Giving Him Over
35,000 Majority; Demo-
crats Make Clean Sweep
in Cleveland County
The result of the election Tuesday showed that
democracy was very much alive throughout the United
States.
The re-election of President Wilson was a great
victory, and more especially to know that he could win
without the aid of New York.
Oklahoma showed her color and true patriotism
by giving the President from 35,000 to 40,000 ma-
jority.
The democracy of Cleveland County is also to he
recognized by the splendid majorities given every
democratic nominee.
The socialist vote fell short about 1(H), but then
who could expect anything else during these proper-
ous times.
