The City has purchased a street
grader and now we predift some
good work on. our streets that is
much needed. Here-to-fore a
grader has been borrowed, but
with the trouble attendant in bor-
rowing, the city dads thought it
a good investment to spend a
' little money for much needed
tools of their own. Be it known
that the city of Cashion has not
been debt a dollar, nor do the
dads look with favor upon a debt,
but in spite of all the nice im-
provements they have been mak-
ing the past two years, have been
making these improvements en-
tirely within the amount of mon-
ey accumulated in the treasury.
The following of the Indepeti
dent family have, the past week,
ordered their papers sent to:

branses of Cashion and old ji iends
that will come to theii minds
every time they picK up the little
paper.
