Description: Photograph of Edd "D. Rhoades, Agricultural Engineer, ARS-SWD, checking water temperature in one of six water impounding plots being used to study the inumdtion tholerance of selected species of grasses associated with flooded aeas above floodwater retarding structures. High and low water temperaturews are checked daily. This study is in response to SCS research needs. Work is under the supervision of Edd D. Rhoades, Agricultural Engineer, ARS-SWC.
