Kerr Ave. to Couch Dr., and from Hudson to Harvey, will be purchased by the county, if voters approve a $1 million bond issue June 11. The land (outlined in the photo) will become the site of a future $4,500,000 extension of the county courthouse. The building funds would be furnished through a later bond issue."
