The spray is applied so as to completely encircle and wet the lower 12 inches of each plant even to the point of run-off onto the soil. The equipment used was a John Bean-powered sprayer. The brush and trees were blackjack, post and white oak, hickory, elm, persimmon and dogwood. OK-11-7.
