Photograph taken for a story in the Oklahoma Times newspaper. Caption: "There were plenty of grim faced boys and girls Monday as the 4-H and FFA Livestock show started at the coliseum-- but not all of the worrying was over what the judges might say is the next three days about their pigs, lambs and steers. Take Eddie Fisher, Cushing, for example. The 17 year old has two steers ready for competition. He's been grooming them for months. But he has a fine case of "jumps" because he's going to make a public speech, a big one too, Monday night. Eddie won the Wilson & Co livestock award at Chicago last December for his all around livestock program back on the farm. That was easy-- just walk up and accept a scholarship. But Monday night he is to be the principal speaker for the Future Farmers of America at the Armor banquet in the Skirvin Tower hotel's Persian room, when that firm entertains members of his club. And his grin, over that pitchfork handle, was just a bit sickly. He'd rather be back home with his six registered Angus cattle, his three steers that need feeding, his 23 head of Southdown ewes, and two Poland China sows. That's a big job he knows."
