Space for 500 cars is provided with sidewalks conveniently place for patrons. Floodlights and an attendant insure safety for parked cars. The new theater has three units with a 60-ton capacity for refrigerated air to provide comfort during the summer season. It has the latest sound and projection equipment and as a special feature provides a cry room for babies. Audie Adwell, who recently rejoined the Griffith organization after three years in the marine corps, will manage the new theater. The 18-foot mural of the life of Will Rogers, from the time he was a boy nearOolagah until his flight to Alaska with Wiley Post, was painted by J. Craig Sheppard."
