at the Lincoln school yesterday after-
noon following an inspiring talk b'

na Wade O'Neill. A director who will
deal with the local headquarters was
elected and tho oilier necessary offi-
cers wero chosen. Intense interest j
was shown In tho work of tho Red
Cross and it. is believed by those In j
charge that splendid work will be done!

will probably number several hundred.!

County officials who lei'l on the
Ozark Trail trip will find work in big
batches on their desks when they re-
turn from Amarillo. After a delay of
some time the stale examiner's office
has sent down the estimate and' re-
port blanks for all county officers and
township heuils for the next fiscal
year. These will all have to be sent
out to !h: several board:- tilled in
mid returned to Chlckasha for the reg-
ular meeting; of tin; county commis-
sioners next Monday.
