well of Ingrain and Dickenson
has caused a lot of interest. It
started off at 1,080 barrels and
was deepened day before yester-
day The same company’s first
well on the farm, the John Cooper
in the southeast quarter of sect-
ion 11-10-18, is flowing into the
Seam tanks with the big well and
the first big well looks to be
good for 200 barrels, giving the
lease a production of abou t 1,000
barrels daily.

he paid the penalty for his crime.
The case of State of Oklahoma
against John Barnes, etal, was
tried in Justice Gilcrease’s court
Friday. The case was tried
before a jury. The defendant
John Barnes was fined $25 for
an assault and the other defend-
ants were discharged.

but homesickness prevented her

called at the home of Prof. Lenox
Nov. 8. to bid farewell to his
Neice Edythe Daniels, v.'hc was
about to return to her former
home. They played cards, and
after refreshments had been
served, all left for home agree-
ing that they had a very nice
time.
