Bigger Reward
Is Offered For
Missing Woman
Relatives and friends of Mrs
Billie Shaeffer of Seminole have
increased the reward offer of
$1000 to $2000 for information
leading to her whereabouts
The woman disappeared last
month while returning to Sem-
inole from Oklahoma City where
she had visited friends Her car
was found a mile south of Choc-
taw the motor still running A
posse of about 5 0 0 scoured the
district for nearly a week but
not one clue to her whereabouts
or fate could be found

the Secretary of the Commission-
ers of the Land Office up to
10:30 A M on date of sale
All bids received up to the
hour of the sale will be open-
ed at that time and leases
awarded to the highest biddox
if bids are acceptable
BIDS: Must be in the office
before 10:30 AM on date of
sale and shall be enclosed in
envelope and marked "Bids for
Oil and Gas Leases" and the
date of sale
IMPORTANT: Separate bid
and check must be made on
each tract
(Bid forms' furnished on
request)
TERMS OF LEASE SALE:
No bid of less than 8200 per
acre will be considered and all
bids must be accompanied by
cashier's check in the amount
of 25 of each bid If drilling
contract is bid in addition
bonus then an additional cash-
ier's check in the amount of
$25000 must accompany bid to
insure making contract bond
The successful bidder will be
allowed 30 days from date of
award to complete his leases
unless for good and sufficient
eason an extension of time be
granted Failure to comply with
the terms hereof will be
grounds for forfeiture of his
deposit of earnest money and
cancellation of the award The
State makes no warranty of
title and reserves the right to
reject any and all bids
BOND: The sucessful bidder
shall furnish surety bond on
each lease for faithful perform-
ance (Schedule of blanket bonds
furnished on request)
Lessee will assume any re-
sponsibility of the Federal Docu-
mentary Stamp Statute

pay the cost of advertising
