Description: Photograph of the formation of a long and deep gully running alongside a road. The formation of this gully came from terraces built ten to twelve years prior, emptying water next to the road. The back of the photograph proclaims, “Terraces emptying into roadside. Terraces built 10-12 years. Has cut road into. Gully ate back as far 100’ as much as 25’ deep. Has moved fence back 150’ to 200’ and sodded end are to Bermudagrass.”
