Caption: "BRIDGE COLLAPSES while under construction in southeast Kansas City Friday, spilling 35 men into tons of fresh concrete. Eighteen were taken to hospitals but none were critically injured. A construction foreman said about 475 tons of concrete and about 50 and 100 tons of structural steel went down."
