Description: A Pacific Southwest Airlines jet with 136 persons aboard and its right wing Afire plunges toward a San Diego residential neighborhood Sept. 25. Only 5 miles short of the runway. The jet collided with a small Cessna 172 at 3000 feet. Two persons in the small plane were killed and all aboard the jet died.
