Description: Photograph of L. L. Humphreys, president of Wildhorse Creek Flood Prevention Assoc. , showing Lee J. Cerillo silage being put up by :Doc: Ely (in background). Mr. Cerillo is with the Ayer & Son Advertising Agency, Philadelphia, Pa. and was touring the watershed gathering informaiton for an article sponsored by the Caterpillar Co. Silage was cut from a field in Wildhorse bottom and had made an excellent growth.
