Caption: "MCALESTER, JUNE 9-- A $10 debt brought violent death Monday to diminutive Joe "Blackie " Driver, 50-year old state penitentiary inmate who had lived recklessly most of his adult life. Driver, serving a seven-year sentence for burglary from Oklahoma county, was beaten and stabbed by another convict. His body was found under a building near the prison canteen, less than 50 feet from the sergeant's office."
