Description: Photograph of a UNIDENFIED man kneeling in a newly constructed terrace outlet. The back of the photograph proclaims, "Terrace outlet constructed with plow, 10 ft. wide at top and 20 ft. wide at bottom, in 1948. Seeded to 50 lbs. western wheatgrass; fertilized with 200 lbs. 5-10-5. Terraces will be constructed in summer of 1949 if outlet is sodded well enough."
