Description: Photograph of an UNIDENTIFED man standing on the top of the lower end of a discharge pipe located on the Noakes Detention Dam. The back of the photograph proclaims, "Lower end of discharge pipe. Water flowing 4 inches in pipe 130 hours after water began flowing in discharge pipe. This is small detention dam on Noakes farm. Drainage area above dam 235 acres, 5 1/2" rain fell night of May 17."
