Description: Photograph of the July 4, 1924 dedication of the Doughboy statue in Enid, OK. The statue was commissioned by the Enid Daughters of the American Revolution chapter to honor all men of Garfield County who fought in World War I. In 1994, the statue was rededicated in a new location at Grand and Maine Streets, on the library lawn. Artist was William Ahern and Steven Augustus Rebeck was the sculptor.
