Lake Humphries Dam Fertilizer Application

Photograph of recent inspections of floodwater retarding structure in upper segment of Wildhorse. It was decided that the dam and spillways of existing structures owned by the city of Duncan need an application of fertilizer. In picture is city employee spreading 44% of nitrate on bermuda grass sods.
