Text: "Exciting times during the Fair bull rideing [sic] contest. I got the Pictures all O.K. and am very much obliged to you. Frank Petitt."

Many are carrying umbrellas. On back is a Perry postmark dated May 4, 1910. The card is signed by Mrs. G. Millegan and addressed to Mrs. M. J. Marsh. Green 1 cent postage stamp in upper right corner. This is taken on Delaware on the north side of the square.
