These cars are all from Oklahoma City or Chandler, and a similar string approached Stroud from the east - from Tulsa, Sapulpa, Bristow and Stroud toll gates. Everyone rode free until 3 p.m. and then attendents began collecting fares to pay for the $38 millions road. But the cost didn't cut down the flow of cars."
